How to Manifest a Super Happy Life
Hey there, my lovely peep! Let’s take a moment to soak in some ancient wisdom from Lao Tzu. He’s got a killer advice for you: “Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become your action. Watch your actions; they become your habits. Watch your habits; they become your character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.”
Now, let’s dive into the Law of Attraction. It’s been around for ages and it’s all about attracting what you put out into the universe. It’s like a boomerang, baby. Whatever vibes you’re sending, you’ll get ’em right back.
So, here’s the deal. If you’re constantly worrying about the future and envisioning a trainwreck, guess what? You’re going to manifest exactly that – fear and chaos. But if you’re feeling happy and content in the present, you’ll radiate good vibes and attract positive things in the future. It’s like magic, but real.
Life’s all about contrasts, babe. We’ve got ups and downs, light and dark, hot and cold. It’s the Yin and Yang of it all. Embrace the fact that there will always be things that make you happy and things that don’t. It’s part of the journey…. Those challenges you faced in the past? They shaped you into the amazing YOU that you are today. Embrace the contrast and let it fuel your growth.
Here’s a mind-blowing truth: the present moment is the only thing that’s real. The past and future are just stories we tell ourselves. Focusing on the unknown future triggers emotions, and those emotions are like vibes that either repel or attract what you want. Good stuff doesn’t mix with fear or regret, honey. Instead of getting caught up in the past or future, live in the freakin’ NOW.
Being present lets you release stressful thoughts, shift your vibes, and attract positive outcomes. It’s all about being in touch with your feelings and finding thoughts that make you feel even better. Pay attention to what triggers you and see how your thoughts create those uneasy feelings. Imagine a life with fewer triggers, where you don’t have to defend yourself or your beliefs all the time.
