Dress in flexible clothe and be prepared for cool, fresh mountain weather in all seasons. Even during summer, it can be hot during the day, but temperature drops at night.
If there’s bad weather, such as rain, snow, or thunderstorms, we can reschedule the session for the following days ahead, or I can offer you a refund.
RETREAT EXPERIENCES
My retreats are hosted at unique natural environments. Places with abundant nature, beautiful scenery and rich wildlife.
My retreats typically last 3 to 5 days if it’s in a city, or 7 to 10 days if it’s a cruise.

My programs are eight weeks long and each session last 60 minutes.
I use Zoom for my online sessions, but I can also do my sessions over the phone, if that’s your preference.
I offer a pro-rata refund with a 2-week notice.
